The Old Malting’s Antique Centre is in the beautiful and ancient market town of Louth. Established over 40 years ago and now the largest of Louths Antique centres it is home to over 30 traders, each offering an imaginative collection of fine antiques, vintage furniture and toys, jewellery, rugs, Militaria, art and ceramics.

Visit and take your time to explore this delightful  emporium of treasures, spread out over two huge floors. This is an Aladdin’s Cave of collectables with showcases of gold and silver jewellery, signs, art, china and a large selection of model railway items.

Visitors come back time and time again for the regular turnover of stock which can be traditional, quirky or even eccentric, all at very affordable prices! Perfect for finding that special piece of antique, vintage or retro furniture or an unusual gift for that special someone. Trade customers and bus tours are very welcome. The Old Maltings is very central on Aswell Street within a few steps of many award winning cafes, restaurants, bookshops, record stores and even another antiques centre. Nearby a lovely natural spring flows through a pleasant area known as the gatherums. Louth is a very pretty Market town set in the Lincolnshire Wolds, the town has retained much of its old character with lots to see and do. There is lots to see in the Old Maltings too and our friendly traders are always on hand to help you to hunt out that bargain!

Open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, also Bank holidays and special dates such as Louth’s food festival in July and the Christmas market of course. We also offer many services such as work and advice on furniture restoration and cane seat restoration. The friendly traders are often willing to buy interesting items too, please bring it in if it’s small or just take photographs.

Cash and cards are accepted and we offer a delivery service – just ask for details. There is wheelchair access although presently only to the ground floor. Children, coach parties and well behaved dogs are very welcome.
